The brief, on the other hand, was rather more daunting: pivot our high-profile annual awards ceremony from a sparkling physical event to a virtual engagement…in 10 days.
After much handwringing, they’d decided that one of their key internal events could not go ahead in its usual glitzy form. With the days quickly counting down, they faced a stark choice – move the event online or postpone for a year.
Postponing the event was unthinkable BUT running the event online felt like a huge compromise.
- How would it be possible to emulate the celebratory feel of the event online?
